Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment, and a 20% restocking fee applies.
Returns must be received within no later than 14 days from the original delivery date. Any returns received later than 14 days will not be refunded.
We do not provide prepaid shipping labels/packages to send orders back to us. You must send back unwanted product(s) at your own expense. For quality and speed purposes, we recommend you using the services of DHL/DPD/UPS Express.
Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment within 5-10 business days of receiving the returned product(s) in their original condition: undamaged, in their original packaging. In cases where returned products are sent back without original packaging, and/or damaged, we are not able to provide a refund, or any reimbursement. Sketchbay reserves the right to decline a refund if any of these conditions are not met.

You may change or cancel your order within 3 hours of your purchase.
Changes or cancellations after 3 hours will require you to return the undamaged artwork to us to receive a full refund. We cannot exchange your order after 3 hours, as it will have already gone into production.
To change or cancel your order, please email firstname.lastname@example.org with the subject “Cancel order” or “Change order”. Please make sure you include your full name and order number as it appears on your order confirmation email.
We offer Standard Shipping to ALL US States and countries in the World.
Shipping times vary based on your location, however, with Express Shipping, on average customers receive their orders within 2-6 business days. Standard Shipping may take up to 10 business days.
Orders in which the address is undeliverable by the carrier, the order will be returned to our fulfillment center. Customers are responsible for providing a correct shipping address to ensure a successful delivery.
In the case where the delivery is refused, or address is incorrect, the shipment will be sent back to us. In these instances we destroy any returned packages, and will not be able to provide a refund, or any compensation.
Even though Sketchbay ships locally, in some very rare cases Customs Duty fees can apply (for ex. during holiday seasons). This is charged by the local customs authority where the goods are being imported into. Customers are responsible for paying Customs Duty fees to the relevant authorities. Sketchbay is not liable for Customs Duty fees.
Please note that during the holidays, delivery may take slightly longer due to increased order volume.
Change of Address Request
We are able to update a change of address request within 3 hours after the order has been placed. To ensure that your order is delivered, please input shipping address correctly. Once your order has been shipped, we are unable to make any changes to your address details or cease shipment.
